PAYMENT CONDITIONS::

ONLINE BOOKING using credit card: send us a valid credit card as a guarantee via our secure, guaranteed system (SSL 256BIT) at time of booking. We will deduct 50% of the total booking price at time of booking.

on-line via PayPal: 50% of the total booking price at time of booking

BANK TRANSFER: 50% of the total booking price at time of booking. request the information to make the bank transfer, then e-mail copy of the receipt or send details of the transaction

On receipt of the down payment, Vecchio Mulino will confirm the booking by email. The guest is required to settle the full amount on arrival, on receipt of the keys. Cheques are not accepted.

Il Vecchio Mulino will send you the Voucher to be presented on arrival. Payment of the outstanding amount will be made at check-in in cash, by credit card or paypal..

REQUIREMENTS ON ARRIVAL:

On arrival, the guest will be required to show his/her passport or ID card for registration purposes, in accordance with Italian law.

Moreover, the guest must leave with the staff a cash deposit as caution money. This deposit will be refunded on departure minus accessory costs and expenses for any damages caused.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE:

The number of people staying in an apartment will not be greater than the number of places (bedspace) indicated for each apartment. Out of respect for other Guests, pets are allowed, except by prior agreement directly with the management.

TERMS:

Apartments are let directly by Il Vecchio Mulino, or on its behalf, at the price advertised directly to the client.

PET FRIENDLY VACATION RENTALS IN TUSCANY

The pet generally is welcome, please ask by mail your request with the pet details. After our confirmation you are ready for enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay in our pet-friendly accommodation. May be a maximum EUR 5,00 per day charge for each pet or a maximum per week charge EUR 25,00.

In Vecchio Mulino apartments pets must not disturb the peace of other guests, must be brought on a leash in common areas, and they are not allowed to stay in the pool area.

In Villa Fiorenzani, private and independent villa for a family, the garden is facend and the pet is free.

There may apply a Pet fee maximum 5 euros per day – eur 25 per week .

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Il Vecchio Mulino is authorized to deduct an amount of money from the customer’s credit card, in line with the above percentages, as a penalty;

or to retain the deposit and request the integration of payment as the following cancellation policy .

The following penalties will be payable in case of cancellation or modify a reservation , unless differently specified in the policy of a selected promotion:

From booking date to 30 days before check-in: 50%

From 29 to 15 days before check-in: 70%

From 15 days to 7 before check-in: 90%

From 7 to 0 hours before check-in: 100%

No show: 100%

To prevent a cancellation fee being charged, in the event that you have to delay or cancel your trip for health reasons or on other plausible grounds, we advise you to take out insurance against having to cancel or cut short your trip.
